Exchange Eligibility

  • First exchange is allowed within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original shoe box and tags must be intact

  • Exchange is subject to size and stock availability

✔ Exchange Eligibility

🚚 Shipping Policy

  • First delivery is FREE (we cover initial shipping)

  • All Orders Are Shipped at Cash On Delivery 

  • After Delivery of Order Customer can contact us for Exchange with in 7 days After Receiving the Order.

💰 Refund Policy (After One Exchange)

  • Refund is only applicable AFTER one exchange attempt

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days after receiving the exchanged product

  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection

  • On Issuance of Refund Customer is Only Entitled for Amount After deduction of Shipping Charges. 

  • Once the refund is Approved Customer will be Able to get it with 3 Business Days. 

📏 Size Responsibility

  • Customers are requested to carefully confirm their Size Before Ordering

  • Please refer to our size guide or contact us on WhatsApp for assistance

  • Wrong size selection by customer is not considered a defect
